HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. PRIMARY PURPOSE: NARA NW is seeking a Data Analyst who will work with other Data Analysts, Helpdesk IT, and others within NARA NW. The Data Analyst will need to conceptualize, design, create and implement data reports reflecting organizational program metrics. The Data Analyst will work closely with the data scientist, managers, and program leads to understand their reporting needs. The reports, tools, presentations, and analyses generated by the Data Analyst will focus on healthcare, behavioral health, social determinants of health, policy, and operations. Other mandated initiatives, ad hoc data reports for multiple stakeholders, and internal policy and program decision-making reports will also be generated by the Data Analyst. The position produces expected reports and assists with defining and implementing new EHR workflows. This position requires in-depth and specialized subject-matter expertise of medical, pharmacy, dental, eligibility and provider claim data.
