HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. ABM Industries is hiring an HR Data Quality & Compliance Analyst! This is a critical role supporting HR data governance activities guiding the improvement and maintenance of the integrity of data to achieve, monitor, and maintain levels of data integrity fostering trust in people data; ensuring data quality continually fulfills business needs and creating business benefit as well. You will be responsible for the key deliverable of report and audits supporting our data and analytics governance framework to control, protect, and enhance the value of data and information assets throughout the hire to retire lifecycle. Applications include Oracle HCM Cloud along with other 3rd party human resources applications.
This role is a Hybrid Work Arrangement (expected to be in the office 3 days/week)!
Ideally, this role will sit in our Sugar Land, TX office, but candidates within proximity to our Chicago, Cleveland, NYC or Atlanta offices can also be considered.
