Seeking Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join our Team
Sign on Bonus $1,000.00 ($250 at 30-day anniversary, $250 at 60-day anniversary, and $500 at 90-day anniversary). No call center experience, no problem. WE WILL TRAIN YOU!! All applicants are welcome.
If you are looking to work in an exciting, fast paced environment, Optio Solutions is looking for you. We are seeking Full Time Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join our Team in our Fargo, N.D. office.
Job Duties:
- Contact debtors to collect past due payments
- Research and resolve disputes
- Build rapport with debtors
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
