Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. is seeking a detail oriented Human Resources Professional to join our team in Rapid City, South Dakota.

The Human Resources Specialist – HRIS Focus is responsible for maintaining Human Resources records utilizing the HRIS in compliance with applicable Company & legal requirements. Monitors the HRIS workflow items for accuracy & timeliness of completion while ensuring that all necessary actions are completed for weekly payroll processing; and prepares reports and statistics in support of Human Resources operations

Successful candidate must be familiar with Human Resource practices; possess excellent verbal & written communication skills; strong attention to detail and maintains a high level of confidentiality. This position requires strong customer service skills & the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the Company.

Three years previous experience in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. offers competitive compensation with a hiring range between $25 and $28/hr DOEQ & excellent benefits including health, dental & life insurance available on the first day of employment, generous paid time off & a 401(k) plan at 90-days with a Company match after one year of employment.
