Human Resources
As a HRIS Analyst, the primary purpose will be to provide technical support and expertise to the Talent Operations team, in order to help them support the business effectively. This includes implementation, documentation, testing, training, and support of new and existing IT systems in use in Talent Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks such as configuration, permissions management, and monitoring in HRIS systems
- Analyze business needs to understand configurations needed for changes
- Perform system configuration, data maintenance, and security
settings
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure optimal
performance and functionality of the HR software.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of new HRIS modules,
features, and functionality to improve HR processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve data
management, and enhance system efficiencies.
- Serves as second level support for troubleshooting technical issues in the
system that the Generalists or Business Process Owners (BPOs) are
not able to resolve.
- Perform audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data
within the HRIS software.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training
- Develop and analyze reports to support management decision making
- Provide functional human resource expertise during and after system implementation
- Participate in Change Management, including review, planning, testing, and communication of change following established practices
Qualifications: Two year degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field or a minimum of 1 year of HRIS or IT System Administration related experience.
Candidates should possess the following:
- Understanding of the workflow and process requirements of HRIS or IT System Administration systems.
- Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering HRIS systems
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and negotiations skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all organizational levels.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service, be a good listener and work well with others.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative.
- Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with a diverse group of coworkers.
- Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly and well required.
- Ability to work through ambiguous work situations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours, or as needed to perform duties.
