HRIS Clerk performs routine administrative tasks in support of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) group. Inputs data into a computer processing system and reviews output for accuracy. Being a HRIS Clerk generates standard reports for Human Resources or managing personnel. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, HRIS Clerk typically reports to a supervisor. The HRIS Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Nelson Mullins seeks an experienced HRIS Analyst to join its growing team in Columbia, SC.
A Day in the Life
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing the technological aspects of recordkeeping, database management, and auditing human resources data to preserve its integrity and accuracy. This role will require excellent troubleshooting skills to provide technical support in researching and resolving HRMS problems and support HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
We Know You
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel. Prefer Excel certification. This role will require strong organization skills, high attention to detail and be able to solve problems and change priorities on a moment's notice. Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or other HR software would be a big plus.
