Nelson Mullins seeks an experienced HRIS Analyst to join its growing team in Columbia, SC.
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing the technological aspects of recordkeeping, database management, and auditing human resources data to preserve its integrity and accuracy. This role will require excellent troubleshooting skills to provide technical support in researching and resolving HRMS problems and support HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel. Prefer Excel certification. This role will require strong organization skills, high attention to detail and be able to solve problems and change priorities on a moment's notice. Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or other HR software would be a big plus.
