    Summary

    This role will assist with defining and driving the direction of SAP SuccessFactors, Simplot’s HRIS, within our organization. This includes responsibility for the design, configuration, implementation, and documentation of SAP SuccessFactors, HRIS modules and adjacencies to meet internal business and strategic goals. This is not a remote position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
    • Develop and analyze functional specifications for integrations and configuration
    • Design Simplot’s HRIS to meet business and technology needs
    • Coordinate with developers and offshore resources to build and implement technology solutions
    • Gather feedback from end users about system performance
    • Participate in business projects to deploy or add functionality to HRIS
    • Involvement with upgrades and large technical projects as needed
    • Escalation point for troubleshooting as part of a technical team
    • Performs elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for projects of moderate complexity
    • Documents as-is and to-be processes
    • Participates in RFx processes
    • Creates use cases and corresponding UAT test cases
    • Manages requirements throughout the project lifecycle

    Typical Education

    Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

    Relevant Experience

    • 5 years related experience and/or training in application delivery required
    • Human resource system experience highly valuable
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in and across teams
    • Passion for learning and digging into and figuring complex problems in areas of ambiguity. Wanting to understand and map out how things work and can be improved
    • Well organized with ability to work on multiple tasks and pivot as required.
    • Knowledge of Ticketing systems or Azure Dev-Ops
    • Strong experience in data analysis using a variety of tools (i.e. - pivot tables, SQL queries, data comparison tools) to identify and troubleshoot issues
    • Demonstrated troubleshooting acumen to include problem definition, root cause analysis, solution and decision making.
    • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment across multiple modules within the same application
