HRIS Director directs the operations of an organization's human resource information systems. Analyzes business requirements and determines hardware and software requirements to meet data management needs. Being an HRIS Director ensures the integrity of internal database files, tables and reports. May develop integrated web-based HR programs. Additionally, HRIS Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The HRIS Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an HRIS Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Hudson Automotive Group is growing and is looking for an innovative and driven Director of HR Technology and Intranet to join our growing team. The Director of HR Technology and Intranet will be charged with partnering with both HR and IT leadership in creating processes and strategies to drive best-in-class HR service delivery for all employees. In particular the Director of HR Tech & Intranet will take an active role in directing the strategic planning, design, implementation, regulatory compliance, communication, and administration of all company-wide HR and employee facing (intranet) systems to ensure programs align with organizational objectives.

    • Proven leader with experience driving full lifecycle technology implementations from requirements gathering, planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience driving the adoption of innovative HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency, improve data-driven decision making and support the evolving needs of the business.
    • Experience owning the end-to-end implementation of HR/employee initiatives on Technology systems, from planning and requirements gathering to system configuration, coding, testing, training, change management and go-live.
    • Track record of partnering with both HR and IT leadership in creating processes and strategies to drive best-in-class HR service delivery for all employees.
    • Excellent communication skills.
