One of Oregon's top employers has engaged our firm in their search for an HRIS Analyst to join their team. The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The right individual will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity by running audit queries, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Job Title HRIS Analyst

Location: Portland Oregon

Job Functions

• Monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement. Outline an appropriate solution and present that solution for approval and implement the change
• In addition to implementing new HRIS products or change has been implemented, the HRIS analyst provides ongoing production support, including researching and resolving problems.
• Utilize built-in reporting tools or running SQL queries to perform data analysis to ensure system is running properly. In addition, the HRIS analyst will create and generate standard reports as needed.
• Create user documentation and procedures for managers, employees, and human resources.

Qualifications & Skills

• Two (2) or more years' experience with HRIS solutions
• Dayforce Knowledge
• Understanding and working knowledge of human resources related policies and procedures and ability to apply that knowledge to an HRIS system with the goal of providing the most efficient solution
• Excellent communication skills, ability to handle pressure and work as a team player. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Requires good analytical abilities, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently.
