    Under general supervision, this position will serve as the front-line administrator and internal contact for the HCM systems and supervises the data processing function for the Human Resources Department, including entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive HRIS data in adherence to the Data Protection ActEssential Functions : Serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide personnel action and position changesEnsures the timely implementation of database changes to ensure accurate payrollsActs as a resource and guide for managers as it relates to HR data and positionsEnsures the highest level of accuracy for data entered into HR data systems to ensure successful data auditsAudits data entry in HCM on a regular basis to review data accuracy and complianceActs as the initial escalation point for data corrections that are required in the HR database and escalates further if necessary, and executes approved correctionsProvides HCM data support for Human Resources staff, all associate end-users, and members of senior management establish the needs of users and monitor user access and securityPrepares HR metrics for monthly, quarterly, and annual meetingsCreates standard or ad-hoc reports out of HCM and other HR data systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting guidelinesCreation of new queries and reports as neededInitiates technology service requests to revise or develop existing or new HCM modules for processing data, reports, or enhancementsAssists with the support of all aspects of Human Resources as it relates to data requests, including but not limited to data availability, feasibility of requests, ad-hoc reports, and technical supportAdheres to organizational and department-specific safety, confidentiality, values, policies, and standards.

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or in a related area, and / or the equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience

    A minimum of three (3) years' of relevant professional experience in the following area(s) : HRIS data administration and reportingNecessary Skills, Certifications, etc

    Must have working knowledge of HRIS and / or Data WarehouseProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)Good communication (verbal and written) skills, both with management and with other departmentsAbility to work in an interdisciplinary team, work as team playerProblem analysis and problem solutionProject Management and organizational skills
