ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming customer calls, coordinating service needs in a professional and kind manner.
• Coordination of service schedule with service team members
• Work alongside other Customer Experience Experts as the lead team for the entire organization.
• Create unique and engaging customer communications via email, text, and phone.
• Review and schedule pre estimated service needs.
• Answer customer account questions
• Learn the trades industry vocabulary and processes
• Participate in company community outreach events
• Review and respond to customer feedback via Google, internal software, and Yelp.
• Use internal software to dispatch, coordinate, and support service technician team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
