Duties of Position: (Include specific duties and responsibilities)
Should be responsible for the detailed electrical design and development of data storage products.
Should handle the design processes, based on a Product Owner provided Engineer Specification, which includes PCBA
specification development, Electrical design and schematic capture.
Should involve on defining PCB Stackup, DFM, DFA and DFT flow.
Should be responsible to review the PCB Layout and provide feedback.
Should participate in design verification and validation, including generating detailed qualification and test reports, and work with
the Operations team in the initial release of the product.
Design consideration for EMI/EMC, thermal and Mechanical performance enhancement
Excellent Team player who interact with other Team Members and Supervisors
Qualifications Required: (Education, experience, skills, etc. Please be specific)
BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics and Communication , Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development experience in computer PCBAs or related fields.
The Candidate should have excellent working knowledge of schematic capture and layout tools (Orcad & Allegro preferred).
The Candidate should have good understanding of engineering documentation principles for manufacturing, Bills of Material,
Engineer Change Orders and release processes, and test reports.
The Candidate should have experience in successful participation in development projects from design to production.
Should have solid understanding of manufacturing PCB assembly flows; comfortable using basic hand tools and lab equipment to
assemble and test prototype systems.
Working knowledge of high-speed signal design, signal integrity for PCB stack-up and routing reviews
Working knowledge of DFT, DFM and Cost optimization processes
Working knowledge of bus analyzers, high-speed oscilloscopes, other circuit analysis tools and equipment.
Should be proficient with office productivity tools including Microsoft Office.
Must be detail oriented and have a proven ability to organize, analyze, set priorities, and multi task in a fast paced environment
