Head Cataloging Librarian jobs in North Dakota
Head Cataloging Librarian develops cataloging policies and procedures and implements improvement. Manages staff and student assistants in all formats cataloging following updated workflows. Being a Head Cataloging Librarian creates metadata schema to ensure efficient workflow for metadata projects. Typically requires a master's degree. Additionally, Head Cataloging Librarian typically reports to top management. The Head Cataloging Librarian manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Head Cataloging Librarian typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Terms of Employment: 12 (twelve) months
EVENING Part-time Hours/days: working 4 hours per evening (hours flexible), Monday - Friday, 20 hrs/week

Education: High School diploma or equivalentQualifications: Basic knowledge of proper housekeeping, floor care, and maintenance procedures; ability to learn proper equipment operation and new procedures; human relations skills; ability to lift sixty (60) pounds.
Job Goal: Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform general custodial duties including floor care and general cleaning.
2. Maintain outside appearance of building, walks, and alley.
3. Perform snow removal.
4. Assist other building personnel with special projects.
5. Acquire general knowledge of building mechanical systems.
6. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the building manager or the custodial supervisor.
Performing the job duties of this position requires the following physical demands: lift fifty (50) lbs. occasionally, additional occasional lifting less than 50 lbs., reaching, standing, walking, carrying, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, sitting, and/or crawling.
