Responsibilities

*The Team Leader helps coordinate staff schedules, reports on operational metrics and assists staff in implementing changes to procedures. *Organize and schedule interviews and orientations. *Maintain contact lists of clients, caregivers, case managers, etc. *The Team Leader conducts regular observations and shares appropriate feedback and provides onboarding and continuous training of QHC staff. *The Team Leader will be responsible for filling in when shifts are short at SHORT NOTICE *Reports to office manager

Qualifications

*High School Diploma *Certified Nursing Assistant *Must be able to be a Critical Thinker with Problem-Solving Skills *Must have 2-3 year of proven Home health Management /Team Lead in the healthcare field *Must have great Organization, Attention to Detail, Time-Management, Interpersonal & communication skills. *MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL-LOCALLY *Strong communication skills and an ability to engage with a diverse patient population. *Ideal candidate must be a people person, compassionate, hardworking and goal driven

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $19.00/hour.
