Job Summary and Qualifications

The VP Ancillary Services will assume line responsibility and authority for select departments within the hospital organization to ensure operation objectives and results in accordance with overall hospital needs. They may develop various business plans; performance and analysis for hospital projects. May be responsible for department leaders in establishing a measure of performance, business development, increased productivity, quality improvement, cost controls, and efficient utilization of facilities.

What qualifications you will need:

• Masters Degree required in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 years of experience in middle or senior management is required, with 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, service line planning, or related field functional areas also required.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience required.
