Being a Head of Client Services - Home Care plans and directs policies for client services and establishes service quality goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Head of Client Services - Home Care typically reports to top management. The Head of Client Services - Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Head of Client Services - Home Care typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Our goal is to help Wyoming seniors stay ‘Home Instead' for as long as possible by providing services such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and incidental transportation. In short, we help seniors remain in the comfort and safety of their own homes by providing assistance with a number of tasks that are becoming more difficult to accomplish.
We are currently seeking a highly talented applicant with a background in both management as well as networking (sales experience a plus) to help lead our business development efforts in the Casper area. We are looking a qualified candidate who can help us continue to achieve our mission of delivering the highest quality non-medical home care services to seniors in Wyoming.

The Applicant must be compassionate, empathetic, and love working with seniors. Customer relations experience and the desire to thrive within a high growth industry are also a must. This would be an outstanding position for someone who comes from the hospitality field.
This is a Full-Time position and pay will be based upon experience.
