Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings, including residential and commercial properties. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service will contribute to creating a clean and comfortable environment for our clients. Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Dust furniture, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Perform floor care tasks such as waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning - Launder linens and towels - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Restock supplies as needed - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests Qualifications: - Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Basic cooking skills are a plus - Custodial experience is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
