Head of Nursing plans and directs all nursing personnel. Develops and implements nursing policies, objectives, and initiatives. Being a Head of Nursing reviews nursing department operations to ensure compliance with established standards. Ensures that all patients receive the highest quality care. Additionally, Head of Nursing requires a master's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. The Head of Nursing manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. - Organizing product by customer, based on invoices
- Delivering bread and pastry to various wholesale customers
Other duties will be assigned as needed and could include cleaning, stocking and moving product around the bakery.
Skills:
- Must have a passion for baking
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have clean driving record
- Must be able to work 8 - 10 hours on your feet
- Need to be able to lift up to 50 pound bags of flour or bread dough.
- Need to be able to verbally communicate in a clear, respectful and friendly manner to your co-workers and our customers
- Need to be able to work in an efficient and timely manner both in teams and on your own.
