SLAE Hormone Solutions is Looking for a Medical Director (MD) to add to our team. Must be experienced in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. This job offers the ability to work remote and offers flexible hours. Compensation can be anywhere from $2,000-$6,500/month and will depend on experience with BHRT and increased responsibility/client load.
We are seeking doctors with experience in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy possessing licensure in CA and TX. We will compensate for new licensure obtained in states we seek to expand into. Candidates must possess knowledge/treat based on the most current medical literature on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
SLAE Hormone Solutions is a Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy Telemed service based in West Palm Beach, FL. We treat based on symptoms rather than solely basing our recommendations on lab reference ranges, as we recognize that symptoms of hormone deficiency don't correlate with numbers on labwork. We primarily serve women aged 35 and concentrate on perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, hypothyroid, insulin resistance, PCOS, and PMS. We are looking to add a long-term team member who is dedicated, professional and who loves what they do. We have a large existing audience within our target demographic, we're rapidly growing and are seeking to expand into more states.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Hormone replacement therapy, Other relevant specialties)
- Strong knowledge of women's hormones, medical terminology, FDA regulations, telemed laws
- Proven experience in managing medical operations within a healthcare setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with managed care principles and practices
