Health Educator jobs in Delaware
Health Educator is responsible for developing and designing health education programs meant to increase community awareness and knowledge. Conducts needs assessments and keeps up-to-date on changes in health care technology to keep program material current. Being a Health Educator develops, coordinates, and disseminates educational resources and materials. May provide health education outreach and consultation. Additionally, Health Educator requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Health Educator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. - Under the direction of the special education teacher, implement IEP's, and behavioral plans.
- Provider assistance to students in regular & special education classrooms in completing tasks assigned by teachers
- Supervise children in the hallway, lunchroom and playground
- Assist the teacher in observing, recording and charting behavior
- Observe behavior and carries out behavior management activities
