Responsibilities: 

• Breathing Buddy: As a Respiratory Therapist, your main goal is to be a supportive ally for patients struggling with respiratory issues. From the moment you walk into a room, your warm smile and reassuring presence will help calm their fears and build trust. You'll listen to their concerns, answer their questions, and provide guidance throughout their treatment journey. 

• Lung Detective: You'll be responsible for assessing patients' lung function, conducting tests, and analyzing the results. By piecing together this respiratory puzzle, you'll help diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. Your keen observation skills will be crucial in identifying the root cause of breathing difficulties. 

• Breathing Coach: Imagine being a personal trainer for the lungs! You'll teach patients breathing exercises and techniques to improve their lung capacity and overall respiratory health. From teaching deep inhalations to tackling stubborn coughs, you'll empower patients to take control of their breath and achieve their full potential. 

• Team Player: As part of our healthcare team, you'll collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other specialists to provide comprehensive care. Your input and expertise will be invaluable in creating holistic treatment plans and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients. Teamwork makes the dream work! 

• Crisis Manager: Respiratory emergencies can happen, and that's where you'll shine brightest. You'll be prepared to handle critical situations with composure and skill. Whether it's assisting with intubation, managing ventilators, or providing emergency respiratory support, your quick thinking and expertise will save lives.

You'll have the opportunity to educate patients and their families about respiratory health, disease management, and the proper use of medical equipment.
