Health Insurance Operations Manager jobs in Florence, SC

This opportunity involves driving to businesses in a company vehicle to educate people about ACA healthcare plans across the Southeast and then sell those plans to them. Expected Compensation: During the training period (approximately 3-4 months), variable compensation based on performance (approximately $700 per week). After the training period, residual commissions that result in over $100k in the first year.

Duties / Responsibilities:·

• Travel from business to business throughout primarily the Florence Area as well as to other states in the Southeast to enroll individuals into ACA health insurance plans.
• This position will require some overnight travel during the week (no weekend work required).

Required Experience and Skills:

• Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in a professional environment or service industry.
• Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, flexible and able to be coached.
• Self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed with the ability to work independently.

Education:

• · High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel unassisted as needed , as well as operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to sit in a vehicle for prolonged periods of time, as well as work on a computer or tablet.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and phone ad lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
