Help Desk Manager manages the staff and operations of an organization's technical help desk. Ensures team members are trained and coached on effective methods to research, troubleshoot, deliver solutions, and access the current product or technical updates. Being a Help Desk Manager trains the team on the help desk systems and tools to identify, document, track, and resolve reported problems. Identifies and gathers key metrics to analyze the help desk performance and identify problem areas. Additionally, Help Desk Manager monitors and measures service metrics and volume to develop standards, improvements, or changes to workflows and resource allocation. Acts as an escalation point and facilitator for severe, critical, or unique issues. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Help Desk Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Help Desk Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     UPLIFT Desk is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping lead our sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. The Sales Manager will oversee a team of business development and sales representatives, set sales targets, and monitor performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

    Required Qualifications

    • Proven success record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales management role.
    • Strong ability to grow, inspire, motivate, and mentor a sales team
    • Experience with building outreach cadences that include emails, calls and LinkedIn steps
    • Ability to create, optimize, document sales processes
    • Must be able to successfully understand quotes, margins, and financial scenarios

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth
    • Experience driving the development of national sales strategies as we enter key new cities with our B2B teams
    • Organizational skills to monitor multiple, complex projects simultaneously
    • Expert promoter and presenter

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead a team of business development and sales reps to meet revenue goals
    • Develop and present useful customer solutions that resonate with customers
    • Establish and write detailed processes to grow UPLIFT Desk's medium and large account sales
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
    • Generate regular sales reports for senior management and present KPIs each month to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Present a positive image of UPLIFT Desk in the marketplace
    • Analyze market trends, best practices and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated approach to business goals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
    • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
