Home Care Aide Coordinator schedules workforce needs of Home Care Aides. Tracks aide services and collects and maintains time reports. Being a Home Care Aide Coordinator typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor or manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. We are currently hiring for a part-time CNA or Home Health Aide to serve our wonderful families throughout the Des Moines area. We have both full-time and part time opportunities available.
We are looking for true caregivers that want to serve our Iowa residents! Compassionate and willing to go above and beyond for our clients. You must have excellent customer service and an attitude to serve others. The selected caregiver will be responsible for providing; safety oversight, hands-on personal care, companionship, med reminders, housekeeping, meal prep, safe transfers and other cares as needed.
