We're looking for a bi-lingual English / Spanish-speaking individual who has a talent for and loves to provide exceptional Customer Service for a full-time, long-term position in our Nampa office.
You'll be working by phone, text message and in-person with our Idaho Medicaid Home Care Clients, their families, and Care Providers.
While monitoring our Caregivers’ home care visits on your computer in real time, you’ll help our Care Providers keep in compliance with Medicaid’s “Telephone Timekeeping, documentation, and Electronic Visit Verification” requirements.
You’ll make on-site Quality Assurance visits in your own vehicle to our Home Care Clients. We do pay mileage at 67 cents per mile.
This job requires someone who thinks creatively because it includes matching and scheduling Clients and Care Providers, assisting with troubleshooting conflicts and solving problems.
Sometimes you'll have to make "difficult" phone calls to a Client, Caregiver, or family member to talk to them about Medicaid and AAA Home Care rules and policies.
You need really good people skills for this job.
We'd like someone who knows their way around Microsoft Windows-based applications like Outlook, Word and Excel. We use several other Windows apps as well.
You've got to be good on the phone and type pretty well for this job.
