Responsibilities

Provides a variety of highly responsible administrative support for clinical staffing, agency billing and documentation, Kronos scheduling, and timekeeping records.  Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating scheduling, staffing, and timekeeping for assigned areas and positions.
• Maintains current files, monthly reports, data collections, and documentation for the agency, travelers, contract staff, and external contracts, enters information into the computer and ensures accuracy.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• One (1)plus years of related experience
• Basic computer skills; ability to develop complex reports; statistical databases
• Must be able to work weekends, 2 weekends a month

Preferred Job Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Business
