Being a Housekeeping Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Housekeeping Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. The Resort at Paws Up is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to add to our team. The role of Housekeeping Supervisor is critical to the success of the Housekeeping Operation. This position requires individuals that can train, motivate, mentor, and support the housekeepers, while keeping on pace with the daily schedule. Knowledge of each home, each guest itinerary, current resort events and activities, and the ability to anticipate guest needs is required in this role. Working closely with the Guest Services team while on shift is critical to ensure guests needs are met. In the hospitality industry daily agendas are ever changing so candidates must possess the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining a positive team environment.
