Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Coordinator to facilitate the move in and move out process for Heaven on Earth for Veterans, Inc (HOEV) houses. HOEV is a local non-profit which houses at risk veterans into shared living houses. This job requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities:

- Liaison with St Vincent DePaul Case Managers

- Interview potential veteran tenants with a provided checklist

- Schedule and execute walk-thru of house with Case Managers and potential veteran tenants with provided checklist

- On the day of move-in, walk through the house, show veteran where he/she can store dry food items and their dedicated space in the refrigerator and freezer

- Execute the lease and addendums with the veteran ( two originals - one for HOEV and one for the veteran)​

- Receive monies and transfer to HOEV representative

- If move in does not occur at the time of signing the lease, must be present at time of move-in

- Coordinate the move out of veterans with provided checklist

Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Veteran preference

- Flexible hours: Monday thru Friday during regular business hours (9am - 5pm)

- Must be available for up to 18 hours a month
