What We Are Looking For:
The SHA team is currently seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned property(ies) directly and through subordinate personnel. The Property Manager will ensure compliance with established regulations and guidelines, oversee property leasing, conduct inspections, and manage rent collection and recording. Additionally, the Property Manager will be responsible for tenant recertifications, work order processing, and eviction proceedings as needed.
The preferred candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling them to interact effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders. Their ability to foster positive tenant relations and promptly address issues will be essential for maintaining a harmonious living environment within the community. Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail will equip them to manage multiple priorities seamlessly, ensuring the smooth operation of property management tasks and the maintenance of accurate records. Moreover, the ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a customer service-oriented approach, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of property operations while prioritizing resident satisfaction.
