Public Housing Manager
Responsible for lease up, evictions, inspections, and other duties of property management which include:
Complete thorough scheduled inspections of public housing units
Prepare and explain Public Housing Lease for execution for new and existing tenants.
Implement Lease enforcement procedures, including conferences with tenants, issuing verbal and written warnings of Lease Violations.
Professionally represent BMHA in court proceedings involving tenants if necessary.
Responsible for collecting of rents in area assigned and initiating action required for collection of delinquent accounts.
Answer tenant complaints and other issues.
Required:
Associate or bachelor's degreee in related field or 2 years experience in housing management
Preferred:
Experience with MRI housing software; HAB inc specifically
