Missoula shipping company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Assistant Manager. you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient packaging and shipment of our products, assist with bookkeeping and be an integral part of our customer service team.
Responsibilities:
- Light bookkeeping - assist owner with some entry.
- Pack and label products according to established guidelines and procedures
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Ensure all packaging materials are readily available and in good condition
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and recording stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Have a strong willingness to learn new things.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - there will be light physical duties

Pay is DOE between $18 and $25 per hour.
Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off is included.
