Objective of the position

Optimal mentoring of the managers and employees connected to all questions about Human   Resources, labor law, personnel development in compliance with legal regulations.

Main duties

Main Duties 

• ·        Consulting and supporting all managers relating to Human Resource topics
• ·        Recruitment of Hourly and Salary Personnel 
• ·        Determination of the qualitative manpower requirements together with the specialist departments
• ·        Providing the approved staff at the right quantity and on time
• ·        Facilitating internal investigations
• ·        Compensation structure: develop and maintain the pay classifications
• ·        Develop and maintain shift models
• ·        Preparing each type of company agreements
• ·        Representing the company in all questions concerning employment law
• ·        System of registration and reporting
• ·        Develop and facilitate management and employee trainings

Standard Tasks 

• Personnel management, personnel planning and personnel development
• Budget planning and cost managing
• To enforce the observance of the quality management system and the quality regulations
• OSHA Compliance
• Suggestion scheme
• Reporting system to plant management
• Supporting the willingness of the employees to work independently within the scope of delegated competences to achieve the optimum performance
• Guaranteeing that each employee has the right job as well as search for personnel specifically
