IS Operations Coordinator jobs in Florence, SC

TForce Freight, a leader in the LTL trucking industry, is currently seeking a part time Dock Supervisor to oversee the day to day operation of the dock staff and dock functions. This individual is directly involved in all phases of the dock operation including, but not limited to, customer service, productivity, quality freight handling, claims prevention, load average, and safety. This person will be responsible to:

• Supervise hourly/mileage employees operating within the service center's dock operation
• Coordinate/assign work to the dock staff to meet service standards
• Prepare and implement action plans to ensure the service center achieves set goals
• Prepare and manage safety procedures in accordance with Company, OSHA, and DOT guidelines
• Manage and implement security and loss prevention procedures

Position is approximately 27-30 hours a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 27.5 per week
