In this role, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and functionality of our facilities while also providing IT support to ensure smooth operations across our organization.Responsibilities:
Facilities Management:- Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, patching drywall, caulking around windows, plumbing repairs, and electrical maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and address any facility-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks when necessary.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
IT Support:- Provide technical support to employees for basic computer problems, software installations, and system configurations.
- Set up and configure new computers and peripherals for employees.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure efficient performance.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve hardware or software faults.
- Implement system upgrades and improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.
General Responsibilities:- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding facility and IT-related concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional needs and initiatives.
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to tackle new challenges effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of facility maintenance activities and IT support tasks.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance, including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in IT support, including software installation, hardware setup, and system troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols related to facility maintenance.
Salary:- Negotiable based on experience.
