POSITION PURPOSE

We are looking for your expertise and knowledge to join our team! The Operations Coordinator will focus on the organization and warehouse operations for key accounts. Coordination of office administration and procedures, in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. The Operations Coordinator is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and tasks and is able to work independently. 

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Assist General Manager & Operations Specialist in achieving overall goals of the organization

· Provide clerical support such as preparing documents and labels

· Point of contact for vendors and service providers

· Provide general support to visitors; handle customer inquiries

· Ensure filing systems are maintained and current

· Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment

· Perform or facilitate maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs

· Complete and process paperwork for inbound and outbound logistics

· Assist with billing for warehouse, provide billing assistance to other departments as needed

· Performs other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Administrative/clerical experience
• Excellent time management skills      and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem      solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal      communication skills
• Strong organizational and      planning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and      customer service skills

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Located in a Warehouse environment with a comfortable indoor office space

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· May occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds
