SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager for a Hybrid (On-Site 1 Day/Week in Columbia, SC) opportunity. Candidate will be managing a suite of projects in the Security & Compliance Portfolio to keep the organization safe.

Required Qualifications of the Sr. IT Project Manager:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• Bachelor or Associate s Degree (Any Degree) Highly Desired
• 7 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams
• Must have experience writing scope/design/implementation documents
• Must have MS Office, MS Project and MS Visio experience
• Azure DevOps and ServiceNow experience is highly desired
• PMP certification is highly desired

Responsibilities of the Sr. IT Project Manager:

• Will be working with teams to build systems, integrate software, or perform Proof-of-Concept or Research projects
• The PMO uses a mixture of tools, including Azure DevOps, MS Project, Excel and home-grown software to manage projects, and will be moving to ServiceNow to manage projects more holistically in the near future.
• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts
• Working with teams to build systems, integrate software, or perform Proof-of-Concept or
• Responsible for multiple work efforts of any size, from minimum complexity system/customer impacts to greater complexity system/customer impacts
• Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adheres to high quality standards, and meets ISSM expectations
• Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post implementation
• Identifies items that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort. Monitors resource requirements based on project specifications

Work Location: Hybrid. On-Site 1 Day/Week in Columbia, SC.
