Required Qualifications:
5 years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2 years of Risk Management or Business Controls experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training,, education
5 years of experience in IT Capacity Management, Capacity Planning, Capacity Design Optimization, Capacity Forecasting, Capacity Reporting.
5 year of IT Service Delivery Interface including IT System Monitoring, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Service Level Management and Availability Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, and education.
5 years of technical knowledge experience with IT Operating Systems, Storage Devices, Databases and Network.
2 years of experience with Enterprise monitoring and visualization tools like Prometheus/Grafana, AppDynamics, Google logging, Elasticsearch, Splunk, Github, Big Panda and Service Now
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
5 years of experience in Process automation, machine learning engineering, data engineering, Software engineering, and building pipelines automation.
Recent and demonstrated ability to influence management on technical or business solutions.
Experience in partnering with developers and architects from other teams to build solutions and resolve system and business problems.
Experience in leading / facilitating analysis of current systems and problem identification and resolution.
Experience with configuring and supporting application capacity and performance modeling for server/serverless assets and network devices in advanced capacity planning and modeling tools such as Helix Continuous Optimization or TrueSight Capacity Optimization by BMC.
Understanding of Agile practices and ability to work with Agile teams to define and track user stories.
Proven ability to understand and communicate effectively about technical, complex compliance standards and policies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-functioning, collaborative team of professionals, including the ability to form relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong knowledge and experience with deploying automations at scale in cloud environments such as GCP or Azure.
