Our Columbus, Ohio client has a contract to hire opportunity for a IT Support Analyst II.
Notes:- Help Desk but more of a Support Analyst.
- Take Tier 1 and 2 requests and incident issues and troubleshooting and resolving
- Not just sitting at a desk
- Do a fair amount of hardware and software niche issues (Be open to digging in even though they are not familiar with technology)
- Contract to Hire or Direct Hire for right person.
Requirements:- 3-5 years of recent/relevant experience.
Technology: Intermediate level experience:- OS Supported: Windows 10/11 and some MAC
- Hardware platforms supported - primarily Lenovo with a small MAC deployment.
- Printing - maintaining scan to email, changing toner, helping with printer jams, etc.
- M365 - creating new users, groups, distro lists, setting up OneDrive
- MS Suite knowledge and troubleshooting (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- AD (creating and disabling new users)
- Deploying new software/troubleshooting software issues
- DUO MFA
- Cell phone set up and upgrades
- Adobe Pro
- Experience w/Manage Engine tools a plus
- MAC knowledge a plus
- niche software support (iManage, Litera Compare, MRI Real Estate) - experience would be a PLUS.
- Word Press a plus
Upcoming 2024 Projects:- Windows 11 upgrade
- Deploying new endpoint VPN/Security software (Zscaler)
- Deploying BitLocker
- Implementing Manage Engine Service Desk Plus ticketing system
Work environment:- Casual (no t-shirts)
- Mon-Fri on site - 8 am-5 pm (hours can be flexible/adjusted)
- Hourly position w/some overtime opportunities,
- On-site gym
- 3 weeks' vacation plus sick/personal time.
- Several company-sponsored activities each year (i.e. hockey, baseball, bowling, etc.)
- Multi-company support - Real Estate, Residential Communities, winery, retail apparel business, marijuana
- ~ 100 users across all companies.
- Some local travel is required in the Columbus area occasionally.
- Small intimate team without silos that will provide opportunities to learn and grow.
