Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The IT Procurement Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Overview: We are looking for a competent IT Analyst to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
An excellent IT Analyst must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be team-oriented and operate with grace and humility.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to assist in the use of hardware, PC, printers, business software and Windows 10 operating system.
- Configure and maintain network equipment (firewalls, switches, and access points)
- Along with Manager and IT Specialists, keep Freshservice tickets worked and moving while documenting steps taken to resolve.
- Assist in documentation of all IT systems.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting as needed.
- Willing to adapt and learn new systems.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
- Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations; conducts self in accordance with the Tribe513 employee handbook.
- Actively demonstrates an overall desire to practice the Tribe Way through humility and exemplify a servant’s attitude towards others in the department, company and patient population. Works to maintain integrity and excellence in every area of the job description and show initiative towards others by practicing conscious leadership in the role.
- 4 years of combined Help Desk and/or Break fix experience.
- Experience with server virtualization
- Advanced understanding of networking: switches, routers, IP schemes, etc.
- Ability to problem-solve by analyzing the situation.
- Time Management skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Advanced understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
