We are looking for an experienced office manager to join our growing team. Our successful candidate will be outgoing, professional, conscientious, responsible, and feel that customer satisfaction is primary. A naturally strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to answering calls, selling pest control services, scheduling services, supporting field staff, maintaining customer data, and administrative projects as assigned.
Prefer someone who is good with technology. Able to work on Facebook post, advertising, etc. would be a bonus.
Requirements:
1-3 years call center or office experience.
Inside sales and customer service experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Internet, Windows, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Gorilla Desk software preferred.
Ability to learn and use new computer software programs.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work in a timely manner.
Skills in promoting cooperation, building teamwork, and resolving conflict.
Ability to work effectively in a seasonal, fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
Able to work Weekdays 8am - 5pm.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States
Ability to read, speak and comprehend English/Spanish a plus.
