IT Production Control Manager plans, directs, and manages the daily operations of the production control activities in an IT environment. Develops and administers policies and procedures for ensuring the flow of data and operations between or within departments. Being an IT Production Control Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Production Control Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. 1. Assists with all dispensary activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
2. Supervises staff and allocates responsibilities to ensure maximum performances.
3. Manages site phone inquiries and correspondence.
4. Monitors stock of site supplies and purchases when necessary.
5. Submits timely reports and prepares presentations upon request.
6. Assists with site operations.
7. Provides effective communication to management regarding activities, status and progress.
8. Handles document and records management.
9. Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
10. Works with other management positions as needed including but not limited to, marketing and administrative team to ensure the sores growth, bookkeeping and compliance with HIPAA, local and state regulations.
11. Assists with potential new hire applications and staffing.
12. Maintains statistical reports of daily operations.
13. Represents dispensary’s mission and vision to elected officials, law enforcement, media, and public.
14. Assists Marketing department to enable developed social networks, update website, public and internal educations, In-store information and feedback.
15. Assess current Inventory, supply needs, etc. providing the following reports:
a) Daily
b) Weekly
c) Monthly
16. Create, run and analyze Dutchie reports for satisfactory and efficient operations i.e. inventory and patient trends.
17. Review and reconcile cash transaction ledgers.
18. Reports building maintenance needs, including but not limited to minor repair work and managing necessary contractors such as IT, cleaners, plumbers, painters, etc.
19. Preforms other duties as assigned.
