The Opportunity

The Install Coordinator serves a critical function on our team – making sure that our customers receive top-notch service. This role is responsible for scheduling installs with customers, scheduling and assigning jobs for our installation crews on a daily basis, pulling permits, registering equipment warranty, and miscellaneous administrative duties.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22 to $26 per hour

Responsibilities

• Schedule installs with customers
• Schedule and assign jobs for install crews daily
• Pulling and closing city permits
• Creating purchase orders for field personnel
• Some accounts receivables and collections

Preferred Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Requirements

• Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm
