Palmetto Corp. is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to support our Project Management Team.

• Process Project Contracts
• Manage Project Subcontracts
• Complete Project Schedules
• Tracking and monitoring Job Costs
• Reviewing monthly DOT Estimates
• Prepare Railroad Insurance documents
• Submit Project Submittals

• Associates degree in Business Management or related field preferred
• 0-1 year's experience in Construction preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable to change
• Knowledge in Google Drive
