Provide programmatic support for developing technical inputs for NAVSEA, NSWC PCD, and other naval organizations. Support includes creating documentation, maintenance, organization, and tracking of NAVSEA and US Navy funding documents, financial reports, fleet equipment, training effort, Network Activity (NWA) list, generation of shipping documentation, action items within CMPRO, and project presentations.

Generate and deliver technical reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel. The Government will provide and give input for reports and presentations through written and verbal communications and various computer databases. Track all information on CMPRO’s document master module.

• Five (5) or more years of experience with CMPRO; Workflows including Work Order, Shipping, DWG NOR (Drawing Notice of Revision), DOCCN (Document Change Notice), Requisition, and Action Items (AIs).
• Tracking of technical Action Items for Government and Contractor personnel and manage annotations in CMPRO.
• Ability to create and maintain the schedule of depot production in a spreadsheet and completions separate from CMPRO Workflows and compare with CMPRO deliverables from Ad-Hoc Reports.
• Tracking of production items (in work and completed) for the DCPPE Depot via spreadsheet.
• One (1) or more years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint Lists and how to manipulate data to use it effectively.
• Ability to pull data from MIS 3.0 (CAC Access and SAARN Required) and compile for a weekly report.
• Experience in monitoring and reporting project progress.
