The Information Technology Coordinator is responsible for coordinating between the installation contractor and the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to support installation activities.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between the installation contractor, OEMs, and IT department.
· Coordinate the installation of IT-related equipment and systems provided by the OEMs.
· Liaise with OEM representatives to ensure timely delivery and installation of IT hardware and software.
· Collaborate with the installation contractor to schedule and facilitate installation activities in alignment with project timelines.
· Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams during the setup and configuration of IT systems.
· Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify that IT installations meet project requirements and specifications.
· Communicate any issues or concerns related to IT installations to relevant stakeholders and facilitate resolution.
· Maintain documentation and records of IT installation activities, including equipment specifications, configurations, and warranties.
· Ensure compliance with IT standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout the installation process.
