Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine and address problems. Additionally, IT Project Engineer requires a bachelor's degree. May require ongoing training in network/telecom seminars. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an IT Project Engineer typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.     The IT Project Coordinator Intern will work closely with our project managers, business analysts, trainers, and developers to ensure the smooth execution of our IT projects. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual who is looking to gain hands-on experience in project management within the IT sector. The intern will have the opportunity to contribute to the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects while also gaining valuable insights into the strategic decision-making process.
    Responsibilities:
    You Will:
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation
    • Support the Enterprise Applications team in coordinating project activities
    • Participate in project meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
    • Help manage project resources, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with stakeholders
    Qualifications:
    You Have:
    • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
    • A strong interest in project management and a desire to learn more about IT project execution.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with a diverse team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
    Compensation Details:
    The base salary range targeted for this role is $18 - $22 / hour. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
