What You'll Do:

• Team Management: Oversee a team of engineers CADD designers and Surveyors.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintain strong client relationships, and identify business development and growth opportunities.
• Support: Assist with administrative tasks, support project managers and engineers, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: Creating budgets, bidding on projects and staying on target with current projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or related field.
• Previous experience in team management, client relations and business development.
• Business growth mentality
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus, higher salary offered with valid P.E license.
