Daily Traffic and Intake Operations Management: You will help manage the daily traffic and intake operations for the CS department, ensuring seamless coordination of workload assignments and overseeing all work intake processes.
Project Management: Function as a Project Manager for the Field Marketing/Sales Enablement workstream, overseeing low to mid-level business initiatives from initiation to closure. Serve as Project Owner on wide range of projects, updating schedules, communications and ensuring just in time delivery.
Workload and Resource Management: Along with balancing workload assignments for the creative team and ensuring projects are delivered on time, you will serve as the point person for project assignments for the Traffic team from the request queue.
Training and Support: Support training for new Traffic contractors and users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to fulfill their roles effectively including documentation.
Utilization of Automated Platforms: Support the Workfront automated platform tool used to intake and manage all projects in the department, ensuring efficient optimization, utilization and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This includes system maintenance, hygiene, reporting and template optimization.
Execution Leadership: Serve as the main execution lead for key workstreams such as Travelers Institute and social media, ensuring that projects are executed flawlessly and align with organizational objectives.
Collaboration and Prioritization: Work closely with creative directors and Planners on prioritization of work to ensure projects are delivered on time and align with strategic objectives. Collaborate and liaise with the Content and Web Ops Operations team for publishing transitions and assignments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
6 – 9 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related field.
College degree in a related field preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure. Proven experience in project management and execution and/or traffic management, preferably in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of social media, both paid and organic channels.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and escalated timelines.
Strong critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated initiative and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications including Excel – pivot tables preferred.
