We are expanding our operations and seeking to grow our team. We have two openings for  Project Engineers. 

The Project Engineer Duties and Responsibilities

• Be Fanatically awesome all the time!
• Be an active advocate for customer satisfaction
• Executing the end-to-end implementation for MITC clients
• Assist in solution planning and recommendations for clients
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients and project managers
• Assist in pre-sales activities with sector expertise and technical business analysis
• Provide technical assistance and support for systems, software, and hardware
• Document/Update internal Kb’s, SOP’s, Wiki’s
• Participate in training incoming staff
• Report significant and recurring issues
• Participate in the After Hours Escalation on-call rotation

The Project Engineer Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior engineer, preferably in an MSP Environment
• Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen attention to detail, the memory of patterns, and interest in problem-solving
• Consistently demonstrate the MyITcrew Core Values and meet standard metrics
• Current Azure or cloud computing and M365 experience is a must
• CCNA certifications or equivalent is highly preferred. 
• Advanced skills in the management of Active Directory Domain environments
• Must have Wired and Wireless Networking Knowledge
• A minimum of 5 Years experience in support and engineering of Windows on-premise and cloud environments

Please note:  This is a 9 am - 6 pm Eastern Standard Time position. As a project engineer, your schedule will flex with the project and client needs, so some after-hour and weekend work is anticipated. This is a work-from-home position.
