Develops or participates in the development of solutions to resolve problems. Additionally, IT Quality Assurance Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in IT or related field. Typically reports to a manager. The IT Quality Assurance Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Quality Assurance & Compliance Analyst
Job Description
Will perform compliance activities in support of Quality Department & Facility
Primary Responsibilities:
Recording, summarizing, analyzing data and reporting.
Customer compliance (Social Responsibility, Sustainability, REACH/RoHS, GHG).
Environmental regulatory compliance (Permitting, ISO 14001).
Research and integrate/operate external compliance programming.
Manage and collaborate to maintain and achieve certifications.
Monitor, collect and report on performance metrics.
Development, monitor, and manage quality data (KPI’s) and related procedures
Resolutions of problems and delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
Other duties and tasks as assigned related to customer or facility requirements.
Skills
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel).
Strong organization and planning.
Self-motivated and capable of independent problem-solving
Strong communication both; verbal and written.
